SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders ship in 1 - 3 business days via USPS. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

Orders are delivered in 2 - 7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Delivery times will vary due to USPS policy changes.

Orders with fewer than 3 cards may ship as a stamped letter without tracking information.

If tracking information is needed, please request Priority Mail shipping at checkout.

International orders may take up to 2 - 3 weeks to be delivered via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. Delivery times will vary due to USPS policy changes.

We offer free local pickup from our Northampton, MA shop in Thornes Marketplace. To choose this option, select “local pickup” at checkout instead of entering a shipping address.

We will send you an email once your order is ready to pick up, usually within 24 hours. Please bring your email confirmation when you come to collect your order.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may bring it back to our shop.

With the exception of all writing utensils (including pens and markers), you may return unopened, unused items to us within 7 days of your purchase. You must have your original receipt (printed or emailed) for us to complete your return.

Items may be returned by either mailing them to our studio (remember to contact us first to start the return) or bringing them to our Northampton shop with your email receipt. If you choose to return your items by mail, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once we receive and approve the return, we will issue you a refund for your purchase.

For shipped orders placed on our website, we know that sometimes things get damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible! Send us a photo of the item along with a description of the damage.

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to report damage.

We can then issue you a refund or replacement.

If you have any issues with receiving your order please contact us with your order number.

If your package has not arrived and you have tracking information, please contact USPS with your tracking information.

The most common reason for a missing package is an incorrectly entered shipping address. When placing your order, please make sure your address has been entered correctly to avoid delays or reshipment charges.
